Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. This policy tells you, in plain language, what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to use your rights.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product category you are interested in, your message, and any file you choose to attach (PDF or JPG, for example a tender document or a list of requirements). Please do not attach patient information.
- Consent record: that you ticked the consent box, the time, and which version of the consent wording you saw.
- How you found us: the page you were on, the first page you landed on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM tags and Google or Meta click identifiers). These are kept in your browser for the visit only and are sent to us only if you submit the form.
- Calls and chats: if you call us or tap a WhatsApp link, we receive your phone number and what you tell us.
- Website usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for, and do not need, sensitive information such as health, financial or identity documents to answer an enquiry.
3. Why we use it
| Purpose | Basis |

| Pass your enquiry to the right sales team (domestic or export) through our customer-management system | Your consent |
| Understand which pages, adverts and campaigns bring enquiries, so we spend on what works | Your consent (cookies and campaign tags) |

| Send product news or offers | Only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keep the site secure, prevent misuse, meet legal requirements and handle disputes | Legal duty; legitimate uses allowed by section 7 of the DPDP Act |
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs, under contract and confidentiality:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and the mailbox that receives enquiry emails.
- Our customer-management system, run for us on Contabo servers in India (Supabase database and n8n automation).
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics 4).
- jsDelivr, a content delivery network that serves parts of the page design; it receives your IP address when the page loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp; Meta’s own terms and privacy policy then apply.
- Logistics, freight and customs agents, for orders and exports, with only the delivery and shipping details they need.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
5. Where your data is stored
Our customer-management system is hosted in India. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which may store data in or outside India. Google and Meta may process data outside India. Transfers outside India follow the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government notifies under it.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 2 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer and order records: for as long as we have a business relationship, and then for the period tax and company law requires 8 years.
- Enquiry emails in the website mailbox: deleted 90 days after the enquiry is in the customer-management system.
- Website analytics data: 14 months.
- Consent records: as long as we need to show that consent was given or withdrawn.
When the purpose is over, or when you withdraw consent, we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it, and we ask our service providers to do the same.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access only for staff who need it, and access logs on our systems. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act and Rules require.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time; this is as easy as giving it, and does not affect what we did before you withdrew;
- nominate another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
You can also raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, write to our Grievance Officer (section 10). We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
